Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Totally agree with what was said above^. The game is probably coming to the vault anyway in a matter of weeks, so how much money is EA actually losing by giving affected players a free copy? If anything, EA would make more money if all these affected players had the game and could now spend $$$ on MUT packs and stuff.

Cant get passed the loading screen because of this message. My account is definitely not restricted because I play FIFA 21 and NFS Heat online all the time. I have EA play on Steam and have used 2 hours of my trial because I tried to load into the game every couple of days since January 15th. No luck, I have yet to get passed the loading screen (Haven't even seen the main menu).

@EA_Blueberry any update from the devs regarding this? I see that February title update didn't work, but I would be happy to hear any new info.

I was planning to spend SO MUCH money on MUT packs, but now I cant ☹️

    The game still does not work.  No answer here.  EA help on Twitter has not got back to be in over a day now.  This is brutal.
