Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

is anyone else having problems trying to load into madden 21? I bought the mvp version and have early access. When I get to the "push any button" screen, its loads about 3/4 of the way then dims and freezes. I think its trying to sign into ea and it just freezes.

I also have that problem. It's trying to sign in to EA SERVER and after 2 or 3 hours, it's STILL on that screen.

    I literally just bought the game for discount on steam and it worked lmao, i stg EA haven't even implemented trial for players its just for show for a quick cash grab on EA play purchasers. This sucks.
