Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

I literally just bought the game for discount on steam and it worked lmao, i stg EA haven't even implemented trial for players its just for show for a quick cash grab on EA play purchasers. This sucks.

      Lol you should see my history with EA Help on Twitter.  Absolutely brutal.  I’ve asked today what my options are since I’m not receiving product I’m paying for and unacceptable customer service / response at this point.

      Hey, all.

      I just got back from 5 days off due to days off and power outages. Prior to that I was dealing with a personal family situation with COVID with additional days off so I'm doing what I can to catch up before more potential power outages strike. 

      I checked on this and received an update the team is still investigating into this for a fix in the near future. I cannot confirm a date to avoid any miscommunication as dates are always subject to change, but this is still on their radar and hasn't been abandoned. Please continue to hang in there for us and we'll make sure you'll be able to experience Madden NFL 21 very soon!

        Good god, if after 6 months this isn’t fixed just be honest and say it’s never going to be. You either have inept programmers or are not to bothered. Failing to supply part of what the subscription is for is not a good look. Farewell to the F1 games too if you now own them. No doubt another absolute disaster waiting to happen.
