Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

I am having major issue with tech support and EA, 1. I cant call anyone in the USA. 2nd I was down in December for a whole week and support never got back to me, I had to find the fix on you tube. 3rd and here it is

EA is Racist. I have never been segregated so much in a game before  until playin easports and trying to get help... EA YOU ARE RACIST plane an simple!!!

dont only is this the only game I enjoyed playing since the 90 and spend thousanda of dollars on it a YEAR NOW YOU TAKE THAT AWAY. YOUR TECH SUPPORT IS WORTHLERSS. I havew been doen for almost a week now with access denied on some screen and serves not available on others. Tech said my account was in good staing so what in GOds name is going on? do I need to call the new, CNN or FOX to get this resolved????

Contacting the news agencies might be the only thing that motivates EA to fix this.  It’s clearly false advertising (buy current gen to get next gen game too).
