Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

@EA_Blueberry @So with Madden 21 going into the EA Play vault (now called the playlist?), does that mean we will have a working version for next gen?  The trial version shouldn’t be available if it’s in the vault, right?

My issue with Madden 21 is that I have EA Play, but I can't access the trial because my account is "restricted" (put it in quotes because my account isn't actually restricted, that's just the error message I'm getting). Because restricted accounts cant connect to EA servers, AND you need to connect to EA servers to play the trial, I can't play the trial (the game doesn't let me past the loading screen). 

My hope is that when Madden goes on EA Play on March 2nd, I won't have to be connected to EA servers to play the game. I guess playing offline is better than not playing the game at all, but I'm still going to be upset if I'm paying for EA Play and won't be able to use all the features of the game after March 2nd.

@EA_Blueberry Will Madden 21 through EA Play let me access the main menu? that would be a dope feature.

I don't trust that this game will even work on there. I found a solution and I was able to play for 3 hours. I posted the solution on here and the next day and when I went back on the PS5 that solution no longer worked. I felt like they purposely were trying to use peoples reviews for testing purposes. I don't know but they broke my trust that this game will even work now. I already discontinued my membership. 

@EA_Blueberry  Will the free download on EA Play work on next gen systems as a next gen game?  Or will the trial version prevent it from working (as it does now with disc versions)?  

The responses and timeliness of their help on Twitter is unbelievable.  Days without hearing back.  No solutions.  Couldn’t even give me a refund Lmaooo said go try Sony.

Yes.

The full game should work as others have confirmed they couldn't play the Trial version but once they purchased the full version it was fine.

 I understand and it was difficult to see throughout the year players were not able to access the Play First Trial for this game. Seeing that the full game will be released next week, there is no need to address the 10 hour Play First Trial since it will be the full game released. The team attempted to address this issue throughout the year and it posed to be more difficult than expected, which we regretfully apologize for not delivering on your expectations.
