My auction house was locked last week. I never received any email notification WHY. My account says I am not banned but when I called they said I am banned but they could not provide a reason. I have spent an excess of $700 on card packs (so much my wife confronted me) and not even the courtesy of a notification of why I would be banned. The EA rep I spoke to was very polite and stated she would elevate this and try to get the ban (for w/e I did) cleared but with no timeline. I called a couple more times and was told the same thing, be patient, we have no idea of the timeline for you.
I was finally (after I called today) told the ban was for seven days but they had no reason why. They promised it would end yesterday. But my auction house is still locked. I’ll call today and they told me that the “seven days“ is no longer on their system, and that I am still BANNED, I still don’t know the reason, nor how long it will be before they can rectify it. This is absolutely insane. I have spent nearly $1000 on cards, and bought the game at the highest price. This is absolutely horrendous Customer Service. The only thing you get from them is I promise to elevate the case and somebody will email you. I have no idea if it was elevated but I do know that I am still not getting any emails with respect to why it happened or what the progress is to get me unbanned.
