How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to power up my Saquon to a 92
What happens when the bug occurs? Exits me from game mode
What do you expect to see? Saquon Barkley upgraded to a 92

This happens not just on my Xbox but also on my brothers when I attempt to do this, please just help me get him upgraded, spent hours to get him

This is a known issue that can unfortunately impact some items and there are a couple ways to go about fixing it. If you're able to purchase another one of these same items from the auction house and use the newer one, that can help get around the error. I recommend checking how much the item is selling for before listing it so you can try to avoid any loss of coins when you're essentially swapping items out.
