The only slider adjustment I've made is lowering injuries to 20 and I am the sole player in this league.

For kicks and giggles, I started a second frachise with the same settings (leaving gameplay sliders completely alone) and simmed to midseason. I was instantly able to reproduce this issue. To be clear, all traits are purchasable but the listed price of the trait is inaccurate. Here's a clear example:

Difference: 386
Upgrade Cannot be Purchased

DL Spin Upgrade: 3937
Difference: 2074
Trait Purchased.
Remaining XP After Upgrade: 1199
Actual Cost of Upgrade: 2738, ~132% increase.
