Unable to Sign into Madden 18

My account I used for madden since way back when is an old email I no longer have access to. I do not remember my password for my account and there's no option to switch accounts or emails as it automatically recognizes that one. I've tried EA's website but it won't give me the option to chat or call anyone. Can't seem to get ahold of anyone to try and fix things so I can actually sign in online to play the game.

    same here!!!!!!! very frustrating to try and get ahold of ea about this problem but I am also unable to make a claim!!!!

    I put in a request as being unable to sign into madden 17 instead and someone called me. I was able to get a password reset sent to my new email so I can log in.
