Unable to Sprint but can show playart

Summarize your bug I've run into an issue where right trigger will not allow me to sprint, however it will allow me to view play art when at the line of scrimmage so the trigger appears to be working. Has anyone else run into this or experiencing the same issue with madden 21? I have reinstalled madden 21 repaired the game files tried mouse and keyboard xbox one controller a ps4 controller. different usb slots, reinstalled the controller in devices and printers. Checked controller settings and all buttons respond. Tried starting madden with steam closed in case it was something at the driver level settings for controllers.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not exactly sure what caused this, my RB just stopped sprinting one game and i have been unable to sprint since.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the time and any game mode
What do you expect to see? I expect the player to sprint when holding down RT considering it will show play art at the line of scrimmage.

Steps I've taken to resolve:

Repaired the game files

Tried switching direct x version
Tried mouse and keyboard, Xbox one controller, ps4 controller.
Different USB slots
Reinstalled the controller in devices and printers.
Checked controller settings and all buttons respond.

I have reinstalled madden 21
Tried starting madden with steam closed in case it was something at the driver level settings for controllers.
