Unable to unlink/ link my twitch to EA account

I have been unable to link my twitch and ea account in order to get MUT rewards. When I went to the @EAMADDENNFL page on twitch and attempted to link them, I was given the message "Unable to link acc...

Its saying to restart the site and try again later

Our teams have seen some recent reports of this and are investigating it. I still encourage you to reach out to our Support team if you haven't yet to help walk you through the account linking process and any troubleshooting.

Have you cleared your browser's cache yet? I recommend doing that before attempting to un-link and link again.

    How do I contact support? Ive had this same issue and everytime I try to contact it just brings up the same prompts. And I just end up at the page that I attached.

      I was getting this error message as well when trying to unlink my EA account from Twitch. If you are selection Madden 21 as your Game to troubleshoot then try choosing a different game like Madden 19 or 20.When i changed my game it then told me that my EA account was not linked to Twitch. Still cant connect my main EA account to Twitch, but i am able to connect another of my EA accounts to same Twitch account with no such issues. hope that helps.
