I have been unable to link my twitch and ea account in order to get MUT rewards. When I went to the @EAMADDENNFL page on twitch and attempted to link them, I was given the message "Unable to link accounts, please try again later." Despite signing into both my ea and twitch account before attempting to link the two together, it did not work. I then tried to unlink my ea account with my twitch through the madden 21 unlink tool. When I clicked the madden 21 unlink took link, it did not work. I've had ea play and twitch prime for a while and have no rewards to show for it, please help.

Same here. I was advise by EA Help on Twitter that you should only really need to Disconnect from Twitch side. But no matter what i do i get this error message as well tried switching Browsers clearing cache logging in and out loads times. I also cant link my EA account to Twitch no matter what i do and no one at EA can offer any resolution to this "Something went wrong" when trying to link EA account to Twitch. Had long conversation on Twitter with EA Help about this in past 2 Days still no resolution in sight.

@BungaTheG Are the below steps the ones that bring you to the broken link? I NEED TO UNLINK MY ACCOUNTS Did you link the wrong EA Account to your Twitch account? Disconnecting Electronic Arts from your Twitch account in your Twitch Connection Settings won’t unlink your accounts. Follow our steps here to make sure you get unlinked: Click Contact Us at the top of help.ea.com. Choose Madden 20 or Madden 21 as your game. Pick the platform that you play on. Click Twitch Prime for the topic. Click Account link issue for the issue. Choose an answer from the dropdown for the question: Are you playing on the xCloud? Select a contact option. You may be asked to log in to your EA account if you haven’t already. There will be a recommended support option at the bottom of the page that will say, “Make sure you're logged in to your EA Account on EA Help first, then click here to unlink with our tool.” Click on the link provided, and you should be redirected to a page letting you know your EA and Twitch accounts have successfully been unlinked. Once you’ve unlinked your EA Account from your Twitch account, you’ll need to unlink your accounts from Twitch, too. Go to twitch.tv. Go to your Settings. Click Connections. Scroll down to Other connections. Click Disconnect next to Electronic Arts. Now that you’ve unlinked your accounts from both ends, you can relink your Twitch account to the right EA Account to start getting your rewards. Didn’t get your rewards when you link your new account? Contact Twitch for help.

I was getting this error message as well when trying to unlink my EA account from Twitch. If you are selection Madden 21 as your Game to troubleshoot then try choosing a different game like Madden 19 or 20.When i changed my game it then told me that my EA account was not linked to Twitch. Still cant connect my main EA account to Twitch, but i am able to connect another of my EA accounts to same Twitch account with no such issues. hope that helps.

I've had this same problem, it seems to be that the wrong twitch is connected but I can't I connect it. Very frustrating

Try unlinking on EA web site.Dont choose Madden 21 as your Game to troubleshoot try changing it to Madden 20 or Even Madden 19.You might find this will unlink from Twitch for you. Then un-link from Twitch side & try re-connecting .Worked for me after 3 frustrating weeks of contacting EA and Twitch, save your self the bother and this hope it works out for you.
