Undo a roster update?

Hey, I had been working on this separate roster with lots of changes to certain teams like the Patriots and Jets. This includes creating a team entirely out of new players just to have stupid fun. I woke up this morning and the roster still exists but it must have updated over night or something because it went back to default and all of the saved players were gone. Any way to undo this?
