I started a franchise career as a HB for the Cleveland Browns. After 3 fairly successful seasons (including a Super Bowl) I have run into the issue that it is impossible to continue my career as this player. After the Super Bowl on the third year I am allowed to advance a week like you would normally, however upon advancing to the first week of the off-season I am immediately dropped from the team. Then when I select the option to "Advance to the Draft" the only options I'm given after are "advance week" and "retire player". No matter how long I skip ahead in time those remain my only 2 options. For player context I managed to be ranked 99 ovr as a power back, an 80 as an elusive back, and a 67 as a receiving back. So it is ludicrous to me that no team would be interested in hiring a free agent with these credentials even after simulating 10 YEARS ONE SEASON AT A TIME. Either something is fundamentally wrong with the game's programming and EA can't fix it or EA is purposefully forcing this choice upon its players and neither option is acceptable. If someone has a solution please reply to this post. If not then at least help me bring this problem to EA's attention.

I just experienced this same exact thing. Hit 99 and just finished my 4th playable season and then no contracts. I was the #1 rushing/scoring back and played in 3 3 Super Bowls.
