Community ManagerI have the same problem (leveled up before price increase) and have contacted EA Support, but the person on the line did not know about the refund. Please fix the communication to the other employees! Do you have any other recommendations how to get the difference back?
Community ManagerI'm sorry that happened, please contact an EA Advisor over Twitter or Live-Support again and be sure to mention it's the MUT Level Packs. It sounds like the EA Advisor you spoke to was not aware of this change and reaching out to Support again will notify our staff additional training could be required.
