    Not everyone is guaranteed to receive this item even though you purchased that specific pack. This item was not a guaranteed pull from the store offer, but rather a chance to get it. The team identified an issue where the item was not available in packs at all during a specific time period, thus players did not even have a chance at all to pull it. The players that opened up packs during that affected time-frame were eligible for a make-good.

    If you have not received the Mel Renfro yet, this means you were opening up the packs during the time-frames in which the item was available and you unfortunately just didn't pull him. All the make-goods have been sent out to eligible accounts. Our apologies for any confusion this might have caused those within the community and thank you for those affected for your patience.

    Hey, all.

    That item was not in the store offer for a certain period of time when players were purchasing that pack with the training. If you did not receive the NAT Renfro, this indicates you were purchasing the pack during the time-frame when the error did not occur.

      I find your response to be non-responsive and generally not helpful. You assume that if these users did not open the pack during the allotted duration that is why they didn’t get Mel Renfro. you assume that there is no glitch in the System. If you truly care about the customer service take down the gamer tag and actually do your due diligence and check into each posted concern. EA would be a lot more responsive if there was a glitch in the system that prevented EA from selling packs. My user tag is kludgyleader. Please provide me with Mel Renfro, today. 


      also, we all know that the 500 coin packs didn’t have Mel Renfro, let alone any other LTDs. What about the people who opened those packs....

        That understandable and our Support team will be more than willing to look at the list of eligible accounts to double-check and make sure your account did not experience a glitch.

      i Bought the packs in the rite time frame, and yet haven't received it. Ive spent hundreds of dollars on this game and yet how Im treated? ive contact multiple support to have this resolved. How is it that a week has gone by and I have yet to receive card yet last Thursday and Friday you guys gave people 2 of the same card. I shouldn't have to make a twitter to see updates about a CARD THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN PACKS YET WASNT aka a SCAM. I bought multiple packs with training in that time frame even remember the last card i pulled 84 chris hogan

    @etown85 Me neither- I think there gunna take awhile or there just gunna pick and chose who gets it - I was soo hyped when I herd this and people have like 2 of them and I’m like sitting hear like “can I just get 1 like u promised “lol - hope u get one in the near future

      I also have not received my Mel renfro, while many users have 2. opened tons of packs. Spent tons of money on this game....

      please do “make it right” with “make it right Mel renfro”. My gamer tag is KLUDGYLEADER. 

      When I reached out to EA live support they “resolved” my ticket without making any effort to resolve the problem.
