Upgrade to deluxe version

@EA_Barry Yeah, I checked the benefits of the various editions before and the deluxe edition for the ps4 says that it garantees early access 3 days before the official release. So normally, I should be able to download the game but in the ps store it still shows that I have to wait for 2 more days.

I pre-ordered the standard edition of Madden 21, and then I purchased the deluxe upgrade pack so I could play early, however, I am still unable.

It would seem that the store is still seeing the base game without the upgrade on top. 

Please make contact with an EA Game Advisor to see if we can remove the base game and re-add the Deluxe Edition..
