User Coach fired when that option is turned off

I Don't know if someone talked about it, but

We are a 32 human franchise.
We set our franchise with firing off 

Regardless of the setting, we had 4 coaches fired during the season and another at the end of the season. 
If you click the scenario, you're out. Losing all your staff and skills point


I repeat: We have COACH FIRING OFF 

Please fix it

We've raised this up to the team but could use some additional examples.

Please reply back with the following:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Does this happen in Offline, Online, or both Franchises?
  • Franchise name if CFM
  • Are you using real life rosters?
  • Did you use Fantasy Draft?
  • How many human players in the league?

    This is happening to me as well since launch. Happened with different teams as well. Jags and Texans.

    • Franchise name if CFM Offline
    • Are you using real life rosters? Yes
    • Did you use Fantasy Draft? No
    • How many human players in the league? Just Me.

    Whatyousaid81 Prime Time Elite 21 cloud franchise my coach got fired and now I can’t get back into the franchise it’s saying my coach is still in the league but when I try to enter the league I get a error message. My email is [edit: email address removed]

    • Are you using real life rosters?: Yes, I believe so
    • Did you use Fantasy Draft?: No
    • How many human players in the league?: 8 human players

    We currently have a user that lost a game and was fired as a coach. We only have coaches in our league. On top of this, I am the commissioner of the league, but I believe all of my commissioner 'powers' have been taken away, as I don't even have the option to Force Advance weeks or clear cap space.
