Summarize your bug User Team will not sign free agents. I have all the offseason stuff set to auto. I have gone through two offseasons and no free agents were signed by my team in either one. The CPU Teams did sign free agents. I thought if this was set to auto the CPU is supposed to sign free agents for my team. I even made it to the first preseason game with just one QB on the roster and before the game the CPU did sign another QB to fill the roster. My team has plenty of cap room and the team was good in both seasons, winning the super bowl in the first year and making it to the conference championship in the second. So there wouldn't be any reason that not even one free agent would sign with the team. I think there is a bug whereas the CPU is not signing free agents for the user teams even if it is set to auto.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play or simulate until the end of the first season in franchise. Make sure free agent signings is set to auto. Simulate the off season. Look at your free agent signings and you will have none. Look at the signings for the other teams and you will see that all the CPU teams signed free agents.
What happens when the bug occurs? No free agents are signed to the user team.
What do you expect to see? In a typical offseason some free agents will be added to a roster.
