User Trades Not working

Summarize your bug Another user in my franchise did a trade together and he accepted it on his end and we advanced the week but none of the players show up in my roster. It still says trade pending on my side even after being accepted. This problem is also happening to another league member as well
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a madden franchise league and select a team Select a team controlled by another user and initiate a trade Other user has to accept trade Once trade is accepted you’ll still see it pending on your end
What happens when the bug occurs? After a user to user trade has been accepted nothing happens. No players are exchanged
What do you expect to see? I expect to have the players i trade for woth another user be added to my roster
