UserNameNotFound Error

I’m getting a “UserNameNotFound” error in upper right hand corner of screen with MUT 17 on Xbox 360 when trying to connect. It freezes the game and I need to reboot. I have a second profile that doesn’t have any issues. What can I do to fix this? Can I delete my madden profile and try to reconnect? If I do that will I lose my coins, cards, progress and team lineups?
