Like change the language in the Xbox settings?

@mattcheek17 I'm not exactly sure, but you should be able to change the language of the game itself (maybe the language setting is defined by your xbox? but I'm playing on PC, so I'm not familiar how it works for xbox), but I'd guess you have to change it before starting the game.

    gotcha. I have changed it. Let’s see if this works. It’s like the captcha won’t show the pictures and when they do show up it crashes my game every time and it won’t let me access my MUT 

    I’ll let u know if this works.

    @mattcheek17 welcome! 🙂 let me know if it was helpful.

    but regarding EA assistance, I know that they do everything they can to help players like you and me. many of them have a player background too. unfortunately, it sometimes takes too much time for them (or more exactly, for the staff who knows about specific questions/issues) to work through all bug reports, technical issues etc. in diverse forums and social media channels. but almost everything I know I've learnt from them...

    I see what you mean. Ya it’s hard to get everything fixed. How many other people have you heard having this problem? Does changing the language the only thing that works? 

    EA assistance couldn’t even help cause it’s part of the program for bots I guess.

    @mattcheek17 Your problem seems to happen from time to time. did not see many reports yet. but sometimes, a captcha seems to be badly designed in terms of resolution or how it is shown to players. I'll try to inform one of the community managers. hopefully, there is one available who can help you.

    That would be amazing. I got in 1 time last night and Then the game crashed. They should put an option to have an email sent for verification. I haven’t been able to play since this incident.

    @mattcheek17 To check were you able to go through the steps @Txabr99 @EA_Darko had mentioned? If so I know others that had luck with trying a different network, would it be possible to use something like a hotspot to see if this continues?

    I tried going to my wireless internet instead of my Ethernet. Sadly I still get the same frozen captcha verification for arkoslab.com

    I try to use the app as well and it give me the same verification. I can complete it but the app won’t let me pick any cards from my binder to transfer to another account. The app just goes black and freezes when I tap on a card in the app. I have the app updated and am using an iPhone 12. I feel kind of hopeless right now seeing I can’t play or transfer my cards let alone use my coins.

    It seems I can play online in mut if someone invites me before I select the mut tile. If I select the mut tile and accept the invite it puts me in the squads lobby in the background but the captcha still comes up and still fails to complete.

    @mattcheek17 I had/have a very similar issue with the companion app (using a Android-based smart phone). recently, I did some Android-related updates recently and it seems to work better now. maybe there are some iPhone updates pending? I'd guess that the crashes/freezes in the companion app is not directly related to the captcha issue in-game.

    I wonder if they can contact the company that does the verification account captcha for EA and reset my account. I have attached an image to help describe the verification captcha I’m talking about. 

    i understand the community leaders are busy with other issues but I have put in a problem issue with arkoslabs.com and described my problem. This is because EA Help apparently isn’t involved with the captcha program for players accounts.  

    Let me know if anything comes up.
