Verification Puzzle Freezing

Summarize your bug Upon entering MUT mode from main menu, I get a verification puzzle. I can get through 2 or 3 of the puzzle pieces fine, then it freezes and i can't do anything
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure - FaceTime me?
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't proceed to anything - i am forced to reboot
What do you expect to see? i expect to get into MUT, or if there is a puzzle, to have the chance to complete the puzzle and prove i'm a human!

All looks normal upon startup. I go into MUT and it begins as normal, but quickly after it gives me a verification puzzle. I attempt to complete the puzzle but the puzzle then crashes (appears as though it is timing out or something). I then cannot do anything - no buttons work other than the PS button. I have to close the application. Have tried rebooting PS4 (unplugging) but the same issue happens repeatedly and I'm afraid to continue trying, for fear of EA thinking i'm failing or skipping puzzles, when i'm not. I also tried madden 21 MUT and all works ok there...
