Verification Puzzle Freezing

 this happened like 3 days ago for me and locked out of mut since. login game captcha bot check system puzzle freezes and crashes can't enter any puzzle.

it happens at start of mut right after game login. i email and no response yet. then i live chat and was directed here. i tell guy they should probably take the captcha out of game its already infested with bots and ppl botting. its just locking out real players. i want make rights for this i spend over 600 on packs and lots of hours building team. i want 95 ltd jebril peppers 94 ltd willie mcginest 92 ltd myles garret 93 totw willis mcgahee 94 ltd robby anderson 94 ltd nick bosa  for my browns theme team and alot of free packs like 30 and no cheap bum packs some coins and training any 93+overall legend and free maxed ltd kyler murry whenever his card come out i like kyler murry.

ps5 game/id tag same as account rarakimz, i was preping for harvest promo seeing which cards i could sell and downgrade cards i could turn in for training rerolls and and now thats down the drain

Hi, thank you for working on this as it's extremely frustrating as I (and sounds like others) am not even able to play the game.

First Scenario:

1. Using companion app on my phone which is a Samsung andriod device

2. Placing bids on cards

3. After lets say less than 50 bids back and forth and bids on different players

4. Verification Captcha pops up

5. Fill it out successfully (which btw is a horrible captcha, needs to be update)

6. Able to perform about 10 clicks

7. Verification pops up again

8. After every click 

9. Verification pops up

10. Then your locked out saying to contact customer support

My Thought: This is clearly a third-party bug, puzzle says fill out so we know your human, well I am human 🙂 However apparently it doesn't believe me...

Second Scenario:

1. Start up xbox

2. Load Madden...go into MUT (all other modes work with no issues)

3. Play some games

4. Try to make some sets and buy players in the auction house

5. Play a game

6. Boom...verification captcha pops up

7. Try to fill it out but it freezes

8. Restart Game

9. Go back into MUT and get verification puzzle...freezes again as you try to fill it out

I have tried to uninstall the game and reinstall...no luck. I have no issues connecting to the internet

Clearly this points to the third-party verification application

Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask...I want to be able to play the game.

Hopefully, EA compensates us for our frustration and not being able to enjoy a product we paid for.

• Is the game freezing on you from a SPECIFIC PUZZLE? Or is it any puzzle?
• --> only getting the same puzzle over and over again: bird on a branch

The puzzle prompt happens as you try to access mut, you can't get in unless you do the puzzle which always freezes after the third picture.

There was a puzzle that froze on the madden companion app prior to this happening. 

4 days now nothing.... forget even capitalizing on the harvest campaign

I have the same problem. This occurred after I logged into EA Madden 22 main menu screen with my avatar on there. I then go to Madden Ultimate Team MUT. When loading into MUT, the captcha screen pops up. I attempt to solve the captcha verification. After 5 seconds, the Captcha freezes 

 and I can’t even use left or right to rotate or hit X PS5. It is completely frozen. I have put in a ticket to EA, and also troubleshoot this issue with EA chat, but no success. Reinstall, cleared cache, went to safe mode and restart to factory reset of PS5..This problem is still here again, and won’t go away. Please help. Thank you.
