Summarize your bug Game freezes when I try to do verification process. Every time I get to the 3rd picture the captcha freezes. I've tried all the work arounds and nothing. I believe that it has to do with the companion app.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Screen freezes.

It's the corrupted companion app, get rid of it. It's fine nothing but cause the community problems with fake bans and over secure security.....
