We'll need to clarify though where this is happening and get some detailed information:
- Where are you getting the puzzle prompt. Auction House or when you go to login to the game?
- Is the game freezing on you from a SPECIFIC PUZZLE? Or is it any puzzle?
- Please provide your Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
- What platform do you play on? (Xbox Series X, S, PS5, etc.)
- What are you doing prior to the puzzle popping up?
The puzzle prompt happens as you try to access mut, you can't get in unless you do the puzzle which always freezes after the third picture.

There was a puzzle that froze on the madden companion app prior to this happening.
4 days now nothing.... forget even capitalizing on the harvest campaign
