Verification puzzle

I started getting a verification puzzle in game on madden. I have seen this before on the campion app but never in game? Is there something wrong with my account? Is it because I’m in game and also in the campion app at the same time. I have read stories about players accounts getting messed up and I don’t want to run into any issues.
