Vibration not working at all

Vibration issues.

I am using Logitech Rumblepad2 wired usb controller.

In order to get right button config working with Madden 20 I have to use the steam big picture workaround.

Problem is I don't have any vibration whatsoever.

Tried older drivers, newest drivers to no avail.
