[Visuals] facemasks are not correctly mounted on the helmet

These detached facemasks are making the game unbearable to play. Awesome added masks but useless if they are not physically on the players helmet. Plus you got 2 top receivers in Diggs and Hopkins who look ridiculous cause of it. Also any chance of adding the vicis zero.2 helmets as options as numerous players in the league now have them

When are the speed flex face masks going to get fixed this is a joke they are still messed up

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter any mode within the game and look at players such as Justin Fields, Stefon Diggs, and Keelan Cole’s face masks. (This glitch applies to the Speedflex 2 Bar WR, Speedflex Jewel, Speedflex Robot 808, Speedflex Robot Z, Speedflex Halfcage 2, Revospeed Robot Cage, Xenith Prowl, and Vicis Kicker)
What happens when the bug occurs? The new face masks are improperly connected to the helmet and appear to float in front of the players face.
What do you expect to see? Facemasks mounted properly to helmets as they are on next-gen(PS5) and in the NFL. They should be placed properly just as existing facemasks like the Speedflex Robot RB are.

Seems like they have zero interest in fixing these issues on previous gen systems. Why release on all Gen consoles if you are gonna fix this. I xbox one I get the same thing and basically won't play till there is a fix

Been trying to contact EA on this for weeks. They still won’t fix this. Pathetic customer service. Simple patch and they haven’t done it yet. 

This is just stupid it has gone on this long. Speed flex helmet has 4 or more face masks that aren’t attached to the helmet one of them the wr speed flex one. It’s absolutely stupid it’s taken this long to fix it 

The "new" facemasks on Madden 22 on the PC version are not attached to the helmet. They are floating off the helmet. Is this ever going to get fixed? This has been an issue since day 1. Seems kind of ridiculous to me.
