Waiting for a callback almost 2 weeks now?
Will someone please call me soon this is my 4th attempt to actually talk to someone xboxlive customers support actually is wondering the same my account was hacked and 25+ players stolen.
Go to help.ea.com and submit another call back. It does not take longer then a few minutes up to an hour to get a call from EA.
