what are collectibles?

1) What are collectibles and packs and how are they used in the game?

2) I bought the Madden 16 Football game from the store for my xboxone.  Is there a way to transfer it to the xbox hard drive?

3)  I want to just call the plays and not direct the players.  Under settings before the game or where can I choose this option?  Thanks.
