The thing that bother me since this game released is that about every 8 or 10 passes or so my qb throws to the wrong receiver.  Like I definitely press square to pass to that receiver and instead he will do like a pirouette for some strange reason and in the middle of it throws a jump ball to the wrong receiver which is always intercepted.  It happens so frequently that I had my gf take video of my hands so I could watch and make sure it wasn't me.  It wasn't so 10 times a day since this game came out my qb's do this weird ritual.  Does anyone else have this issue?  I just would like to know because if not then my ps5 controller must be jacked. Smh

    Do you know if you have any custom button configuration for your PS5 controller under your PS5 settings? Might be that or a connectivity issue where re-syncing the controller to the console might help.

      Not that I can tell.  I have reset the controller by holding in the reset in that tiny hole a number of times.  Also I went through and made sure that all the settings are set to their default settings so that I could tell if it was due to something I had changed but it's still doing it.

      I tried to reply to this before and must have not did it correctly. 

      • So to answer your question no I don't have any custom button configuration on my ps5 controller.
      • Also I have went into every setting in the game and returned to default to make sure it wasn't anything I had changed. 
      • I have reset the controller and re paired it with the system many times.
      • I started in safe mode and cleared system cache and then back to safe mode and rebuilt the database.
      • I have uninstalled madden 22 and reinstalled enough times that I don't how many times.
      • I purchased a second ps5 dual sense controller from playstation. 
      • I even had my gf take a recording of my hands and controller and captured a few times of this happening so I could compare it to the gameplay recording when it happens, and no I didn't press the wrong button.  I press the circle to throw to the receiver associated with that button and my qb throws across body to the x or square receiver and almost straight up as well, like the worst lob pass you could imagine leaving several defenders waiting anxiously to intercept.
      • This has happened consistently since the game went live last August, and as you can you tell from the troubleshooting steps I have listed here, I have researched this issue and been very thorough but it just keeps happening and I cannot understand why.  I like this game but it's very difficult to stay motivated to play it when you know you have little chance of winning most games because your qb is going to throw intentional interceptions.  

      If you know of anything else I can try or anyone out there has seen this or knows what to do, please help because I'm about to throw in the towel on this one.

        The game needs physics based tackling and the ability to add multiple players into the tackling animation on offense and defense…also more realistic truck stick animations where the ball carrier keeps moving forward
