I'm talking about when I contain my DE so the QB can't get out of the pocket it never works. Contains is one of the main reasons Madden 22 was so bad and a football version of NBA Jam. And to top It off when they do chase the QB he throws a pinpoint 50 yard cross body throw to a wide open WR.

Thank you for specifics! I know I've seen feedback around QBs throwing at full power across the field while running in the opposite direction. I know Mahomes can do that in real life, but I feel like you want it to be a very rare completion rate.
For contains that is feedback we've been sharing to the team throughout this season. Escape Artist has a big part of that which for MUT at least, the cost of that went up due to gameplay feedback.
If you are having trouble containing a running QB though, I highly recommend COVER 1 CONTAIN from Nickel 3-3-5 WIDE. Take control of the safety and make a cut to whatever WR they tend to go on a crossing route. If you guess correctly and they decide to run with the ball the DE will always have the edge on them.

I am so using that idea now. I have a hard time controlling the safety but I am getting run on over and over again by mobile QBs. Thank you Blue!
