What does in progress mean on a filed case for a hacked account?
I got haked and lost some people on my account and they said that they would escalate the problem and said I would hear from them soon but I have not

Community ManagerPlease open up a new case and reference the one you have in progress if you want to inquire on it's status. Do not resume the current case or else it will be removed from the place in the queue.

These investigation can take time due to that they are manually done by hand from our investigation teams. The time for their completion could vary depending on the time of the year (staffing, game launches) and how many customers are submitting these at a given time. This was a late response so I'm hoping it's resolved for you right now, but wanted to make sure you got the info you needed in the event you wanted to follow up.
Is quite sad seeing my account beeing banned on things i didint knew about it, my account got hacked 2-3 years back wich i never knew about it, and few months back i tried to log in and i had to lovely message with you're accout been banned ! ive done over 3 tickets for the past few days but got iggnored ☹️
