What's Wrong With The Changing Pass Routes Of The Running Back ?

Like say that you are in Shotgun .. or in a regular setting Offense .. and you see that the Defense has changed their Position .. so you want to adjust the path of the Receiver , Tight End and Running Back .. so you want to change their route running .. but the problem is that when you change the Pass route of the Running Back from left of right .. Like He Barely Run Past The Line Of Scrimmage .. like those " Left and Right " Routes .. and clearly 5 Yard running out of the Backfield .. like last year was perfect .. but this year's is barely running out of the backfield from the line of scrimmage .. and one play route that they need to bring back from old Madden is that the Running Backs Route .. use to run either from Left to Right like a [ Chair ] Shape Route .. from Bottom to Top like this

 Like The Type of Route Straight Out From Backfield For Running Backs .. Like Whatever happened to that Route Running Play for Running Backs ?
