When I change account on XBOX to my childs he can't log-in to EA server

Apparently one needs an origin account with an email matching one's xbox live account.

Great, my son's xbox live account name is also available on ea origin. Let's use that. Here's the same email address in both places.

Reboot xbox, log in as son, attempt to log in to origin? 

SAME GIBBERISH EMAIL.

I realize good help is hard to find, but google tells me this affects more than just Madden. Patches for this should be at the top of your fix it list.

Also, can we get a Game Advisor to chat in less than 20 minutes? Your site says less than five minutes wait, I gave up after 17.
