I was only able to find it available for PC on Gamestop as of right now. I am specifically interested in the PC version.

If it's for PC make sure it is new and not used because CD keys cannot be re-used.
As most players for Madden tend to immediately shift to the latest version, it's possible the game will not be sold standalone going forward due to the possibility of the servers being shut down and ability to Support players that may be in need of technical assistance. With limited resources we have to focus on supporting players with more recent titles. Older games may ultimately result in more troubleshooting because of new Windows updates that could cause compatibility issues, which can lead to a poor experience for new customers.Understood... as a company, you do have to make the choices that make the best sense for you financially.
