when you buy the game but it still says you are on trial

Before buying Madden 20, I first downloaded a trial version of the game on the Microsoft Store in the Xbox. Later when I bought the physical copy of the game, it still shows that I am on the trial version. I have tried deleting the game and re-installing the game but that still has not worked. Could you possibly give me any direction as to what to do?
