Hey, so I logged on August 1st, playing with my HOF edition. I got multiple players, coins and levels in that day. On the 2nd around night time, I was kicked out and and forced to load back in. Once I was back in, multiple players and levels and coins were gone. I am VERY FRUSTRATED as I PAID for this and spent HOURS grinding for this. Support told me they cant do anything about this until the 10th which is BS. I want compensation now. Someone respond to this that has a brain and can help give me compensation. Thanks
Trying to figure this out as well. I don't know why they would give us access 3 days early, but give the extra content on the 10th.
But it said on a screen that the hof pack content comes out on the 7th
I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps and I'm still missing my Hall of Fame packs, how long until I actually get what I paid for??
