Which Madden best for airplane travel?

Hi, I spend a lot of time on airplanes and I want to play Madden on the plane (no wireless / wifi). 

What is the best Madden for me to purchase so I can play on the plane?

I tried Madden Mobile on my iPad but it did not seem to work without wireless.

I carry both an iPad and a Laptop when I travel.
