We've seen this happen from players that have custom rosters downloaded to their system. Can you go to your roster section and delete any custom rosters you have to see if that clears it up?
So we are supposed to Delete the rosters and Draft Classes we are using? One of the funnest parts of Franchise is using real college players in drafts, and you just tell the community to delete them. You guys are paid to create video games, then when they are released, you fix the things that don’t work, and make the community happy. As a Washington fan, every single one of you is a reincarnation of Bruce Allen (Damn Good Culture guy) You just pretend to live in your own world and think the fan base is happy. It’s not. PUT EFFORT INTO THE GAME

From what I've been able to gather from the past this appears to be due to corrupted roster files. We can gather information for the team to look into testing this out on their side, can you reply back with the following info:
- Origin ID/Gamertag/PSN ID
- Platform
- Have you tried reinstalling the game?
- Have you tried deleting the rosters and re-download them?
- Do you have an external hard drive for your XB1/PS4?
- Do you have anything plugged into the USB slots for the console and does this happen when it's disconnected?
- Do you notice anything specific happen just prior to this occurring?
- Does this happen with normal rosters or only custom created rosters?

I have tried everything and nothing has worked. I have no custom anything downloaded. I have deleted and reinstalled and my team still disappears. It happens if something is plugged in or not. This glitch has been in since launch and it doesn't matter how many times I communicate with you guys at EA it still happens. Maybe if you guys stop putting so much effort into MUT and fixed the game it would be so much better. I have sooooooo many onlineH2H losses because of this and i was even just recently reported for cheating because of this glitch and I'm sick and tired.

This happens usually after one or two timeouts, I do not have a custom roster, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, this happens always to me in online Head to Head...my PS name is Travissquared.... thank you for looking into this

Would you be able to run a UO Trace for me and direct message me the results? I want to make sure there isn't any packet loss taking place. If there is packet loss, data could be getting lost through the exchange from the server to your network which could cause potential display issues.
