Why are my WRs lining up at DT in Madden 20 online franchise

Summarize your bug WRs keeping lining up at DT. I have 4 DTs on my roster so depth is not an issue. No WRs in any formation subs (not that that is even possible). Even if a WR gets a sack, they don't get xp or registered for it in the box score or league stats once you finish and exit the game (but they do show up during the in-game stats). This has happened in probably half of my 8 games so far this season (season 2 of the online franchise with 10 users).
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. I don't even understand how it is possible.
What happens when the bug occurs? A WR takes a snap as a DT and then the stats for that player don't register. Causing me to lose xp for the DT that should be playing and then the WR taking the snap doesn't get the xp either.
What do you expect to see? A DT playing DT.
