Why does madden 19 keep freezing

I am having the same issue, offline franchise mode and after every play it freezes for a minute or 2 then starts again. 

Product: Madden NFL 19
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? Playstation 4 Pro
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Demon_hunter0717
Date/time issue occurred 1-15-19
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Offline
Summarize your bug Played fine al the way to the super bowl. Now every time there is a referee interaction the game freezes.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk. Play through a mode I guess
What happens when the bug occurs? Players stand around waiting for call. Clocks stop. Crowd carries on as normal.
What do you expect to see? This needs to be fixed. Terrible that you cant even make it through one season without the data getting corrupted. Not worth the $ if this is the way its gonna be

Summarize your bug Everytime it goes to a cut scene (ie. Penalty call, review, highlight) the game freezes up. Already tried to play the superbowl twice but at some point during the game it freezes up and the only thing I can do is close the application
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea. Play a franchise through a season I guess. Go * youself
What happens when the bug occurs? Players stand in huddle. All clocks stop.
What do you expect to see? This fixed. Didn't spend 60 on a game that cant handle one damn season without glitching out
