Why does my field goal kicker miss easy field goals?

On my ultimate team,I have 91 overall Stephen Gostkowski as my kicker.I play in a dome and 5/10 times,he misses a field goal of 40 yards or under.He does not miss close,however,he basically kicks it ...

One thing to keep in mind is that as the power meter fills accuracy becomes more and more important and even very small lateral movement will be amplified.
