Why does my field goal kicker miss easy field goals?

On my ultimate team,I have 91 overall Stephen Gostkowski as my kicker.I play in a dome and 5/10 times,he misses a field goal of 40 yards or under.He does not miss close,however,he basically kicks it ...

Not sure if we have the same problem but, I too have missed way too many wide right easy kicks. I think its my controller. The left stick sometimes sticks and I get bad results.
