Why does my madden not have head to head season

Whenever I try to play madden head to head season it does not work and says my mut level is undefined

Did you switch to a different generation version of the game? If so, finish the season on your previous generation.

i just got madden 23 for the xbox one, but it doesn’t show me the option to play H2H do i have to be a certain level?

@Papigoat567 They said if get level 3 u can unlocked but my level don’t work. I do all the challenges
