Why is customer service so horrible?

I've made 4 different claims because the chat says that the wait time is under 5 minutes but I never got any sort of answer after 40 minutes each time. This company has hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Why is it impossible to get a response after 3 hours of trying?

    Sorry that the displayed wait time is sometimes inaccurate.

    The actual wait time is dependent on the number of players attempting to get help at any one time.

    Either try to make contact at a less busy time or be persistent/patient if contacting during a peak period.
