Why is hair in Game Face Creator wrong in Madden 15?

The hair I select on the Game Face Creator looks choppy in Madden 15. There are lines at the top and in the back of the head like the hair is in pieces that havent been put together. When will this get fixed? Also, why is there no bald option? The only way to be bald is if you don't select any hair, but in the game it selects a hairstyle for you.
