This dude paused and ip booted me. With a record of 896-25 how have you over looked this?

The **bleep** made it more than obvious what he was doing as he pauses and all a sudden its saying please wait which flashes repeatedly before connection is lost and I'm kicked from Madden for 2minutes not surprisingly come back to a loss.
have pic evidence and everything and you guys do nothing nor offer a way to provide the proof now.
