@Boraal I don't think they were trying to cover for EA's laziness/greed. I feel like we all know they are those things, but I'm seeing a lot of issues too, but I feel like its because the team is basically having to make two games still, and that splits the work on both...again, not giving EA an out at all, just giving more reasons why there should just be the one version on all systems.
My bigger issue has been all of the bugs and glitchiness of the game...just like every year, and its the same bugs that pop up too. Its like they copy and paste the previous version's disc to start, which means they take the unpatched game and start with that instead of at least starting where they left off...then they still don't catch the same exact bugs that they run into each year. EA games are notoriously buggy...you would think a billion dollar company would have enough money to pay people to test their game for them...I think its time to make Madden be an every other year type of release instead of yearly...Its really effecting the game negatively.
